Berger-Lacke is known as a partner for reliable and individual customer support. The sustainable transfer of knowledge as part of customer service is an integral part of this. We therefore not only transfer knowledge in the case of urgent questions through our competent team of technicians and application specialists. In addition, we also offer a wide variety of trainings and further education opportunities for our customers – whether basic knowledge or as individually matched training content. The customer has the choice.

So every year, numerous „technology days“ take place – coming from practice – going to practice.

Many customers use this service on site in their own company. Others use the opportunity to visit us as the coating manufacturer in Grünstadt (German Wine Route), to see the company from the inside and to learn everything from recipe to application.

Our “TechnologyCenter Industrial Coatings” offers outstanding and globally unique opportunities for this. For conditioning, application and drying, we can adjust the framework conditions precisely to the customer and respond to special features. We can also cover all application methods, regardless of whether it is robot coating, airless, airmix, dip coating or flooding. We can simulate all climate zones in the world in our systems.

We show how coating is created, how it is developed and how it is tested – before introduction and batch by batch.

We give tips and assistance for coating, explain the influence of the framework conditions and much more.

The focus is on an optimal mix of theory and practice. Dialogue, feedback and active use are expressly encouraged and included. Last but not least, this open dialogue and the customer’s question is also a valuable basis for us for the products of tomorrow.
